How we got here
how a buildingfirm became alandscaper
Every new specialism came out of a problem we did not want to hand to somebody else.
The company starts out with construction and renovation contracts around Loulé, with a team of five.
The first pool built from scratch forces us to master hydraulics, tanking and water treatment. It becomes a service in its own right.
We set up the landscaping team. The garden now enters the project on day one instead of at the end of the budget.
A first golf course contract forces us to raise our game on drainage, soil profiles and turf. We never lowered it again.

How we work

An open quotation with the contingency identified from the start. Nothing is carried out without written approval.
The programme of works is attached to the contract. If we slip, you hear it from us before you ask.
Structure, pool and landscaping are all done by our own teams.

We hired them for the house and ended up giving them the pool and the garden as well. It was the best decision of the whole build — I never once had to act as go-between for rival contractors.
