01 — Service

new-build construction

Houses and buildings raised from nothing, with the same team from the first setting-out peg to the final handover.

New-build construction

A house is not a pile of subcontracts. It is one decision after another, for months on end, and someone has to answer for all of them.

We build detached houses, residential buildings and commercial premises from the ground up. We start with bare land and finish with a signed-off, clean property that is ready to live in.

What sets us apart is not the blockwork — everyone does that. It is that the same company raising the walls also builds the pool and designs the garden. There are no three contractors blaming each other when the lawn drainage runs underneath the decking.

What gets done

the scope,no small print

01Earthworks and foundations

Excavation, retaining works, pad footings and raft slabs.

02Structure and walls

Reinforced concrete, steel frame where the design calls for it, blockwork and insulation.

03Roofs and waterproofing

The point where most builds fail after five years. Not here.

04Finishes

Wall and floor finishes, joinery, decorating and coordination of every trade.

05Permits and coordination

We handle the council process and the building inspector, from first submission to completion certificate.

Common questions

the questionswe get asked

Will you work with my architect?
Yes, and that is what we prefer. We come in during the design stage to flag what will be expensive or awkward on site — before it is drawn.
Do you take on public-sector work?
Yes. We hold the licence and have experience with contracts for local councils and public bodies.
How long does a house take?
A two-storey house with a pool and garden takes twelve to eighteen months on average from the start of works. The completion date goes into the contract.

Next step

shall we talkabout your construction?

Book a site visit. We come to the property, look at the real conditions and tell you what is possible and what it costs.
