Full renovations, restoration of old stone and rammed-earth buildings, and precise work on kitchens and bathrooms. We work a great deal inside the historic walls and on the old farmsteads of the Algarve, where nothing is square and surprises are part of the budget.
Before we break anything, we survey what is there and tell you plainly what is structure, what is infill, and what is a problem waiting to happen.

Can I live in the house during the works?
For partial works, almost always. We phase the programme and seal off the active areas. For a full renovation, we would not recommend it.
What if there are surprises inside the walls?
There always are. That is why the quotation carries a clearly identified contingency from the outset — and nothing is carried out without your written approval.
